Gobbler Rice with Lentils

Just made up the name, and the dish. But it really tastes good.

Ingrediants:
2 1/4 cups turkey broth
1/4 cup lentils
3/4 cup brown rice
1 onion, diced
4 bay leaves

Bring the broth to a light boil and add everything else. Cook for 1 hour over medium-low heat. Serve with turkey white meat and a light, cornstarch based tukey gravy, and a green salad with a light vinaigarette.

Just shows, you don't have to get fancy for it to taste good.
