How do I adapt recipe from fresh to dried cranberry beans?

I want to make this recipe (the beans portion only),

Pork Chops with Cranberry Beans and Thyme | Williams-Sonoma

It calls for 2 cups fresh cranberry beans. I only have dried. What changes do I need to make to use dried?

Cook the dry beans first then follow the recipe.

Would I still use 2 cups of beans - or do I cut it in half for dried beans (when I was looking around online, most recipes would say something like 2lb. fresh beans or 1 lb. dry)?

Cook the beans then measure the two cups for the recipe.

Yes. Simply cook them first.
