How do you make fried rice like the chinese rest.??

Thanks for your response. It turned out great just as you said. Not overload. I am anxious to try again cause it just tasted too good and wasn't time consuming. Really wasn't a heavy meal that kind I like. thanks to all of you for encouragement. Love you all.
