We are just about finished tweaking our white bread recipe. The last two loaves are raising as I type this info.
We are going to try to substitute 1/3 rye flour and some caraway seeds to this formula to see if we can get a decent loaf of rye without too much changing.
Well like all of you I fanaticize about new toys and because we went all over creation to buy 1 pound of rye flour, I'm thinking that I might buy a mill attachment for the Electrolux mixer.
What do I ask for in the un milled form of rye flour?? Rye seeds or rye grain or what.. I'm trying to think ahead and realize that I don't know this information????
