Ravioli

Three large ravioli with a small piece of hot Italian sausage and stinky cheese (That's what my grandkids call it). The salad dressing is olive oil, balsemic vinegar, and red wine garlic vinegar.

I make the sauce and let Celentano handle the Ravioli.

I only eat my ravioli - homemade - I like them best with ricotta filling, and served with
fresh tomato sauce.

Alton Brown, "Good Eats", just had a show on making raviolis a couple nights ago. He used an ironing board to roll out the pasta and build his raviolis. Pretty interesting. Ranks right up there with his turkey frying/step ladder show (lol).
I will continue to buy frozen.
