Hi all! I have a can of lima beans - how can I make them easy and fast (I don't usu eat beans, but plan on changing that!) - can I fry them or heat them up and add butter even?
Miss Tara...If I had a can of lima beans I would do the following. Dump them in a colander and run water over them to wash off all the packing liquid. Next put them in a pot with maybe 2 or 3 "Cans" of water. Then I would either use about 1/3 strip of bacon or some ham to flavor them. Simmer for 30-45 minutes, salt to taste and serve.
