I have been grinding my own wheat my wheat berries, but I have just discovered that you can soak them, cook them and Viola, you have an edible grain.

But I cannot seem to find a lot of recipes out there. Does anyone have any to share, or even direct me to a site that has some to offer. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well, I don't have any specific recipes, but, what you are talking about is known as gruel, or possibly porridge. It's a breakfast dish. Treat is like oatmeal, add some milk/half-and-half/cream, sugar/brown sugar/honey, and anything else you like, such as a little cinnamon, some raisins, fresh fruit, etc.
