Vietnamese sandwiches.

I occasionally make a variant as quick meal. French bread, mayo, char sui, Vietnamese chili paste and a big handful of cilantro.

But last night on a repeat of Anthony Bourdain in Vietnam, he was at a restaurant in a small town where he claimed had the best banh mi.

Must....go...on...quest...for best banh mi in Seattle.

Since there is a huge Asian population here, I'll bet I can find some good ones.

They sound delish, qmax. If you find the place, let me know. We are about due for a trek across the border for some good food!
