Beef tenderloin tip, portabello mushrooms, sweet onions, scallions, broccoli, carrot shavings, elephant garlic, zested ginger and turmeric root, black sesame oil and mushroom based soy sauce.
Sliced tenderloin thin (half pound), mince half teaspoon of garlic and add to beef with 1 tsp of black sesame oil & 2 tsp of soy sauce, mix it well and set aside. Chop 1/2 of medium onion, cut florets off of small broccoli crown, slice scallions at an angle, shave one small or medium carrot, zest I tsp of ginger root & 1 tsp of turmeric root and add to meat mixture. Add 2 tbsp of black sesame oil to wok. Allow oil to heat (be careful). Add the meat mixture first, stir till medium rare then add remaining ingredients. Cook till veggies are semi firm. Serve over rice.
