In "Fogo" they will serve you Farofa (Fried Cassava flour) as a side dish to sprinkle over the meat. It looks literally like yellow-gray hard sand, it is served but many people doesn't know what is there for LOL

Any Brazilian market should have "Farinha de Mandioca" in small bags.
