Quick easy and kids seem to love it. Needs to be kept on a warming tray if you canButter the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan. Spread 1-4oz can chopped green chiles on the bottom.Sprinkle with 4 cups of grated sharp cheddar about 1 lb.now pour 6 beaten eggs over shiles. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min or til firm when shaken cut into 64 pieces and enjoy. Great with shredded lettuce, avocado that has been mashed with garlic just dunk away.

I'm keeping that one! My MIL makes something similar but I like yours better with the dip and green chiles.
