Noticed there's been a little 'buzz' lately re Mexican recipes - here's a great site for some really authentic food.
Zarela Martinez has 2 (I think) restaurants in NYC, and has 2-3 of the most wonderful cookbooks on Mexican food I've ever seen - I learned so much from her!
Anyway, she's got a website, and there are some mouthwatering recipes there - check it out!
