Here ya go: 3 haas avocados, skins and seeds gone 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp - 4 tsp hot pepper sauce pinch of salt There ya go. Mash it up.

I've never tried it with the hot pepper sauce, but I'm sure it would be good. I do mine the same (sometimes with lime instead of lemon) and a little salsa. Actually, sometimes I do add Tabasco.

Actually, the hot pepper sauce is pretty much whichever you have around the house. I prefer something like Marie Sharp's Habanero Pepper Sauce,
![]() both of which are a product of Belize. But, any hot one will do. If you don't want it too spicy, just use tapatio or tabasco . Just make sure it's a good latin flavor.(I noticed you're from Ireland, but all these products are readily available via the internet)
