I Just Love This Liquid Smoke From Hawaii!

I brought back a coupla bottles of this Liquid Smoke
when we were back home in May.
For J's Hawaii Kiawe Liquid Smoke.
I opted not to order it online and buy it in the local market instead.
Kayelle, you were so right!
This product does not have that chemical smell to it.


Once we got back to Arizona, I found a gorgeous 6pound
Pork Butt with a lovely fat cap on it
And made up my version of Oven Kalua Pork.
I got eleven 1cup portions that I keep in the deep freeze.
Nice flavor, so much closer tasting Kalua Pig to what I'm use
to in Hawaii, from the Imu or underground oven.

As we speak Kgirl, I have this delectable pork in my Nesco roaster, with that authentic Kiawe liquid smoke. I couldn't agree more that it makes all the difference...good stuff!
Boy howdy, it sure smells good in this house!! ONO!!!
