ISO authentic and traditional Chinese cuisine....
Looking for recipes that are cooked in Chinese provinces throughout China today. WOULD NOT LIKE FUSION AND/OR CHINESE-AMERICAN. Love to try recipes from different cultures of the world, and fusion or traditional ethnic cuisines that have just been "americanized" just mar the unique culinary traditions and recipes from that culture.
These are the recipes I have:
Egg Drop Soup
Mu Shu Pork
Ants Climbing a Tree
Beef and Broccoli (traditional......???)
Cantonese Style Spare Ribs (essentially Char Siu......which is Chinese Roast and Barbecued Pork)
Four Happiness Pork (pork that is boiled in sauce)
Sweet and Sour Pork
Shanghai Noodles (noodles are deep fried and smothered in sauce)
moo goo gai pan
Recipes I'm looking for are:
Vegetable stir fries
other meat recipes (for chicken, pork, and/or beef)
stir fries that incorporate both meat and vegetables
One note regarding this post. Please don't include recipes that use ingredients that are difficult
to find and/or really pricy. While I would like to learn the traditional cuisine that all the different provinces of China have to offer, I like recipes that use ingredients that are accessible to me.
