About the only thing that I make is General Tso's Chicken but occasionally I will whip up a stir-fry using ingredients that I have in the fridge.....not following a recipe just going by taste. The General Tso's recipe is on the first link.

Anyway....here are some links I found here on discusscooking related to your request.

I recommend Martin Yan Martin Yan Quick & Easy Cookbook, which is curently on sale at Amazon.com. If you don't want to buy the cookbook, most, if not all, the recipes should be available at Food Network Canada (The Canadians seem to get all the REAL cooking shows!). Simply use the site's search function to search for Martin Yan.

I swear that every Asian country, From Mongolia all the way down to East Timor, has their own version of both beef broccoli and cashew chicken.
