ISO information on Mongolian food

Mongolian cusine if anyone can explain the cuisine with examples i would be most grateful.

beef is available where in much other Asian cooking it is not authentic. Grilled "bbq" dishes, as well as hot pots (cook food at table in broth). Vegetables include onions of various types. Authentic Asian greens are not readily available in standard US supermarkets, but include cabbage types, brocoli types (brocolini is closer than regular brocoli) root veggies, etc, some rice but also wheat for flat breads and pancake type wraps.
