ISO of a latke recipe that freezes well

I am having a hannuka party sunday night. I want to prep in advance. Any latke recipes that freeze well?

I would think that any latke recipe would work - how much can you tinker with the recipe before it's no longer a latke?

This latke recipe also includes info on reheating frozen latke.

You can buy froZen latkes. They're at least partially pre cooked. I'd follow their lead.

I second the partial cooking. Raw potatoes do not seem to freeze very well.
