ISO Portuguese TNT Recipes
I am part Portuguese, but my grandmother cooked with "a bit of this and a touch of that" measuring like I do. The problem is that no matter how hard I've tried, I can never do any of her recipes because of her methods. Does anyone have any good Portuguese recipes? I have an awesome cacoila recipe and am going to try that, but I would like a cod fish ball recipe, a pepper steak recipe and anything else that might sound appealing. TNT only, please.

This site looks nice:
Gil's Portuguese Recipes - Recipes From Portugal and there's this site, though the blog seems not to be updated: Portuguese Recipes I love Portuguese food, too-- it's not one of the most popular world cuisines, and is definitely underrated. Good luck! |
