Making Creme Fraiche
It is very simple to make creme fraiche:
Ingredients 200ml / 8 oz heavy cream 200ml / 8 oz sour cream In a bowl mix the sour cream and the heavy cream. Mix well with a wire whisk. Let stand uncovered at room temperature for about 12 hours. Cover the bowl with a lid and put in the refrigerator. You can keep the Creme Fraiche for a few days. Enjoy! Iris ![]() |
