Mincemeatcake (with foto)
Here´s the recipe from the meatcake in the foto album...
Meatcake ( original Turkish Meatcake) 2 Pck.Blätterteig /Filo dough1 Brötchen, vom Vortag /old Whitebread1 Zwiebel(n) /Onion2 Paprikaschote(n), rote und gelbe /red and yellow50 gSalami 200 gChampignons /Mushrooms1 TLÖl /Teaspoon Oil Salz und Pfeffer /Salt and Pepper1 TLPizzagewürz, oder Türkisches Gewürz /Teaspoon turkish spice or spice for Pizza500 gHackfleisch, gemischtes /mincemeat2 Ei(er) /eggs1 Ei(er), davon das Eigelb /eggyolk First take a pie pan and put the dough at the ground and at the sides. Please left dough for the top. Cut Onions very little pieces, allthough the Paprikas and cut the Mushrooms in much bigger pieces. Take a frying pan an heat the oil. Let the onions, paprika and onions fry a little bit brown. Now comes the mincemeat in the pan. Let them fry well done. Fill the meat in a bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients + salt, pepper and spice(without the rest of the dough) till it´s a creamy bulk. Fill it in the pie pan . Now comes the rest of the dough on the top (like a pie). If you have some dough, you can decorate it at the top. For the finish use the eggyolk as coat. Bake it on 200°C for 50 Min. It taste so delicous, trust me... greetings from Germany Tanja
