My favourite chinese dishes(4)

this is a real wondful chines dishes.it is the most popular in every place of china in about the past ten years.

it is distinct,delicious ones .i recommend every one should eat once

if you can get the chinese packaged chinese Pickled Mustard Green ,special made for this dishes, this food is easy to prepare.can you get it?


the step

add salt and some beer and an egg whiit on it


mix them for about3-10 minute

chinese Pickled Mustard Greens cut into sect

heat the pan ,add some oil ,then add the pickled green ,stir-fry for about 2-3minute add water.till the water boiled,add the fish piece and the salt ,pepper,chili,etc.

ok ,it is easy and delicious ones ,prepare one for you family and friends. ,hurry.

riverli, why do you add the egg white to the fish? i know the beer and salt will give it some flavor, but does the egg white give flavor too?
