when we do the oven polenta we preheat the oven to 350..Put everything into a buttered pot or pan andStir. til blended..Bake uncovered about 50 minutes..Run a fork through it and bake 10 min more. When I take it out of the oven I add butter and Parmesan and let the family scoop the gravy and pour it over ... one cup of polenta is enough for 6 unless they eat like my gang then one cup feed 2 and a half
Sorry it took me so long to answer..Ethan started kindergarten today and I treated him to lunch out when I picked him up.
