Hello! I give You recipe my grandmother. :)

Brushwood
Ingredients:
* 2 GLASS FLOUR
*1 teaspoon of spirits (or a teaspoon of vinegar can be )
* 3 egg yolks
* 3 SPOONS Clotted cream .
* Fat
* Powdered sugar for sprinkling sticks

IMPLEMENTATION:
To the flour add the egg yolks, cream and alcohol (or vinegar). Of all the ingredients knead smooth and soft dough to form very well, you can add a little flour so the dough was not very sticky. Then, pin out the dough thinly and cut into 3 cm along the strips. Then, if these strips are very long, can be cut in strips with a length of about 15 cm, scored a single bar in the middle, and translate one end of the incision. In deep fat heated dish tightly and throw twigs. Fry until the confounded. Then sprinkled with powdered sugar.
