:pig: :pig: Here is the easiest kalua pork . Try it sometime its delicious......

4 TO 6 LB. Pork butt
liquid smoke (3 or 4 tablespoons) be generous.
hawaiian salt or sea salt
Sprinkle salt and the liquid smoke all over & wrap up in three or four layers of tin foil.Place Butt in a shallow pan and Pour in 1 cup water. Put in a preheated oven at 450 for one hour then reduce the heat to 400 for three to four more hours.When done ,shredd pork and mix in a half cup of the juice. Make sure you shredd well.i usually use the bone to shredd with .Serve with hot rice and lomi salmon.(cubed salted salmon, green onion,round onion, and diced tomatoes) Create your own hawaiian luau in your own home .If you need any other hawaiian recipes pls. feel free to contact me.aloha
 
This is one of my FAVORITE luau recipes!!
It's always a huge hit everytime I make it. There are never leftovers! Super yummy sandwiches on Kings Hawaiian Rolls... or other sweet breads.
