Southern Thai BBQ chicken - Recipe request.

There is a type of BBQ chicken that is really common in southern Thailand. Particularly at bus stops and market places. Its cooked over charcoal, skinless and orange in color and is served with a sweet chilli sauce. I don't know what its called or how to make it but would love is someone who knows what I an talking about could point me in the right direction.
