TNT Shrimp pilau

Ok i just made shrimp pilau from the tropical island of tobago

This is how you cook it for 4 people.

One onion , one green pepper , 1 red chilli chopped and deseeded where applicable 2 cloves of garlic minced. Cook that in some ground nut oil , then add some 375 g of long grain rice. When the rice had glistened add 2 tea spoons of c urry powder then add 450 ml of coconut milk , cover and cook until coconut milk is absorbed and rice is cooked for aprrox 15 minutes you may need to add more water. When rice is cooked add the prawns for 5 minutes or when they have turned completly pink then garnish with corriander and chilli.

What attracted me to the dish was the ease and the taste . You can of course use chicken or firm fish if you dislike prawns.
