Oh, dear. Yes, go with the bottled sauces if it isn't something you do on a regular basis (in our house stir fry is done several times a month). For those who say they're too salty ... well, made from scratch a basic ingredient is soy sauce. Made from scratch it is salty! When Jer asks for stir fry, I do ask him "Chinese or southeast Asian?" If you go with a frozen veg mix, thaw it on paper towels and dry the veggies thoroughly.
