Use it to season most anything...Soups, stews, couscous, etc...Be careful! It's Hot!!!

I haven't actually opened the jar yet to see HOW hot it is. Chances are it will be too hot for me but not hot enough for BF. I bought it for him but now he will expect me to cook something for him with it!
Any TNT recipes that I can try out?

I've never personally cooked with it, but ate some hummus on pita bread that a friend had "doctored" with it...It's hot.

here's what you need:
some crispy buffalo wings either bought or homemade.
2 T harissa.
about 1 cup creme fraiche.
mix the harissa & creme fraiche and put it in a bowl.
dip the wings in the bowl and eat.

mmmm That sounds yummy. Right up my alley, too! Thanks for posting. I'm wondering, will the Harissa still taste hot when mixed at that proportion? I know I can adjust to taste, but now I'm curious if it's THAT hot that you only need 2 Tbsp for 1 cup Creme Fraiche?
