Bagels for the first time

Well, I had some 5 minute dough left in the fridge, so I followed the recipe on the 5 minute website and made bagels for the first time.

Here are the 3 oz dough balls...

They were OK, but I'm going to try a different dough the next time. BTW, if you try this, keep in mind to NOT let the bagels sit on the cooling towel too long. They STICK! You need to keep things moving along, and I would guess that having a helper would make this a much smoother operation.
