Love the signature.

I have the inherent idea that using only olive oil limits me to pizza bases. Next time I go into town I'll be chasing up some corn oil & giving that a try. Macadamia nut oil is really clean tasting compared to canola I was using.

Great success today with 2 750gm (approx 24ox) loaves - one white and also a wholemeal loaves. I don't know whether to claim 2 successes or what. I'm only new to successes.

Taking off and flying are optional. Landing is mandatory
