One breakfast Buck and I enjoy is French toast made out of banana bread. It's just too yummy. I serve it with some sausage links or patties. It's quite a filling breakfast.

If, or more like when, I get in the mood for a monte cristo, I will drag out the deep fryer on a Sunday and make two sandwiches, which amounts to 4 servings. During the week I can then heat the other 3 in the toaster oven for three quick breakfasts.

I can’t believe no one has mentioned sausage biscuits? I love to grill breakfast sausage (made into patties) and make biscuits for yummy sausage and biscuits. I keep the biscuits and sausage separate in the fridge, and warm the biscuits for 10 seconds in the microwave, then the sausage for 20 – 25 seconds. Easy and really good. Sausage on the grill is simply awesome.
