Cooking with YouTube!

Has anybody else made cooking videos for YouTube or other video sharing website? I was looking for a use for my portable webcam and a way of sharing my chocolate chip cookie recipe when serendipity hit. I'd like to contribute some actual content instead of videos of my dog and clips nicked from other sources (though my Cloverfield clip has averaged over 300 views a day in the last four and a half months).

Anyway, post them here if you've got them!

I don't post any (yet-- no webcam), but I LOVE to look at youtube cooking videos. It's like a cooking channel on-demand. I also keep an eye out for good ones so I can link to them on my website... so I'd love to see some videos!
