I have a bottle of Spanish Fig Vinegar any ideas what to use it for besides salad dressing?

i've used it in lieu of aged balsamic vinegar
abit sweeter but works just fine
drizzle over strawberries or asiago cheese

as a dip for sourdough bread and/or drizzle over a fruit platter then top with parmesan.
