i'm gonna have to look into this. i get terrible cramps in the muscles that wrap my ribcage. i have no time to exercise any more, so the cramps are getting much worse. lifting weights, and thereby stretching really helped.

GB, I take Tums of extra calcium everyday. It sure beats swallowing a calcium tablet everyday.
