Sub for self-rising flour

I have a recipe that calls for self-rising flour. What can I add to all-purpose flour, and in what proportion, to substitute?

Anyone know?

For 1 cup, use 1 cup all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
