GG I have a recipe for chocolate hazelnut truffles using the frangelico if you'd like it.

Sorry GG I didn't see this until just now!!!
I will get to looking for it after dinner, its on Food Network but theres 4-5 of them and I never remember which it is until I look at them!

We have wine only - DW doesn't like alcohol much and we don't tend to use spirits in coking.

Constance, if it doesn't, i, uh, don't have any booze in the kitchen myself.

i'm with you, miniman, not so much on cooking with spirits. it's mostly wine to cook with. but i make super margaritas, daquiris, mojitos... and i'm generally having something to drink while i make dinner, so that's the only way spirits end up near a meal for me.
