In 1955, Cardiff was established as the capital of Wales. It's Europe's youngest capital city. Most of the population speaks English, but around 20% still speak the native Welsh language, called Cymraeg. Eighteen signatories to our Declaration of Independence were of Welsh decent.

TRUTH !!
antoine de la cadillac, a french nobleman and a fransiscan, came to america in 1683 to seek his fortune.
seeing the strategic and geographical advantages of the point where lake erie connects to lake st. clair, cadillac established a fur-trading post there in 1701 that became detroit. nine years later, cadillac left for france, never to return.
