Checkers is a local chain around here (Virginia). Good fries too.

Chess Records was based in Chicago and launched the careers of people like Muddy Waters and other famous bluesmen. I think it's defunct now.

White Castle - ick, unless I'm drunk.
never had an In-and-Out burger, but I believe some of our California members are familiar with these and are big fans.
