Lol, I think you might be right Licia, to me they are runners or running shoes....But heels are always my shoe of choice. I think if I was $$$$ I'd have a compulsive shoe buying problem. As it stands that's not an issue

Spandex type tights when I do spinning...Yoga gear? is it like sari or something??? I also do Body Balance/Flow which has yoga elements among others... but I like baggy fleece with coolmax top when I do non-spinning routine!

(gym/exercise) Group lessons or follow your own routine by yourself?
