I had to look up "knish" but they look good, I would love to give it a go if I can find it... as for spatzles I didn't particularly care for it, so I would boldly go with knish even though until a couple of minutes ago I had never even heard of it!!

Long pasta (like spaghetti, linguini or tagliatelle) or short pasta (fusilli, penne, farfalle etc.)?
