Ridiculous!! You can buy kangaroo in most supermarkets and emu pies etc are available on the tourist routes. It has always been a known derision of Ozzies that we do eat our national Coat of Arms!

I didn't try any of the proposed flavours - can't say that I even saw any of them on sale! (But then I don't go looking very often either!) Can't say they really appealled though. Think the buttered popcorn guy came from Perth but would not swear to that. (Mind you so too did the winner of the naming comp for the new Vegemite/cream cheese spread - iSnack 2.0 - which immediately got ridiculed and is now going to be named something else.)
