couple of those are almost guaranteed to be gotten wrong, because of
obsolete technology.

I wager there are plenty of people here who don't even know what a VHS televison dial is, LOLOLOL!

It should be 19 though! I got the radio frequency wrong, they say its 88 but we have stations here that are 87.5

The question asked about the lowest whole number if I am not mistaken. 87.5 is not whole.
