and the winner is....

the two top contenders for SYTYCD's 'america's favorite dancer' award, valerie and ricky, performed this contemporary number a few months ago. they are a magical pairing, dancing to gossling's 'oh darling'.
ricky was announced winner of this season's sytycd dance competition on tonight's finale, to the surprise of no one. just watch, and you will soon see why....

Vit, I used to enjoy that show but I finally had enough of that screeching loud mouth female judge, whatever her name is.

Have you been watching America's Got Talent? There's a wonderful duo called Blue Journey who have now progressed to the finals, and have a good chance of winning a million dollars. Their performances are really spectacular and out of the ordinary.

you talked me into it, kayelle. i'll give AGT another look, though i have a problem with their judges, too. (i've long since made my peace with mary murphy and her hot tamale train shrieks on sytycd. i love the show. the blue journey dancers are a delight to watch. their fluid movements are like poetry in motion. and the unique choreography adds a whole extra dimension, an ephemeral quality to the performance. i'll be following the bj's progression on AGT, and rooting them on. i hope they find sufficient time to properly prepare for their next showing.
