Never! Find it waay too daunting. Just finally have been able to make a decent pie dough that I don't have to line my boots with.
Do you ever separate egg white to fold into cake dough?
 
Yes, like an angel food.
I have folded egg whites into salmon, baked in a water bath, makes an excellent Salmon loaf. Have you ever tried that?

Also, should I slice/mash it with a fork - there will hardly be room for any calories, right?
 
How about Cottage Cheese with pineapple chunks (canned of course) in a Lime Jello?
Maybe a ring mold?
Lined on top with cucumber slices?
