Anthony Sedlak Dies at 29

He is probably best known by the Canadian members here, but I believe his show "The Main" has been on the Cooking Channel in the states.

I really liked him as a person and a chef. I got to meet him twice - once when he spoke at culinary school and at a food exhibition in Vancouver.

He was young, talented and I thought (as many did that he would really go places. He passed away Friday from "an undiagnosed medical condition". It is a tragic loss for the cooking community here, and in general.

That is very sad
All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt
