Based on the first photo sequence, it should be called a Chop and Rinse.

I'm more inclined to rinse first then chop so I wouldn't use this.

However I must say that I do like the little "shute" you can make for putting your stuff in a bowl .. that's nifty !

Pretty neat. Could be used either way though I'd rinse first then chop.

It seems that any bacteria on the food would be more likely to cling to the chopped edges than the whole product.

My kitchen drawers are cluttered enough but that gadget would be great for the camper.
