Anyone living in S. Florida

I have to visit my mom's condo in South Florida to ensure that there are no problems there that need fixing. I am not sure if I will be there at the end of Feb or beginning of March. In fact, I would like to go back and forth more than once.

Anyone living in the area? Maybe we could have dinner, lunch or at least meet for coffee.

Let me just explain, there is no SOUTH Florida.
There is either SW Florida, SE Florida or the Keys.
Nothing in the middle developed between coastal areas.
I'm on the SW coast.
I'm about 125 miles west of Ft. Lauderdale & 150 from Miami.
PM me if you want to discuss it furthur.

I have been going all over South Florida my entire life--even been further North. Naples is still South Florida to me. It is just the other coast. A short trip on alligater alley and you are there.

True, true. South is south. But west coasters like making the distinction still, because we're not yet as congested or wild as the other side. But we're getting there.
God only knows why anyone moved so far south either side when hurricane season arrives and one realizes there's no place to run. LOL!

No! No! YOU throw the beach party...The "ticket" to come to the party is for everyone to bring a pie...I will bring a Pecan Pie for my "ticket' to get in...
