You would find that at Arbies in Kentucky, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

Maybe some nutria in LA. How about armadillo in Texas.

I've killed a lot of them, but never had the desire to eat one. Down on the Texas Gulf Coast, Nutria are an common, invasive pest. I've heard they are an "acquired" taste.

Well they have such a limited supply of Elk it is only going to go in three locations.

The venison though which took 1 full year to even find a big enough supply says Arby's is going to go nationwide though.

I imagine that, by the time Arby's has prepared elk...it's fast food elk on a bun. I wonder if there's a distinct taste to it.

"You can really taste that elk taste"...lol.

The Elk item is going to have a special sauce that does not come on the venison one.

Whenever I think of Arby's I remember all the Arby's jokes that John Stewart told about them... and Arby's actually embraced. Arby's farewell ad to Jon...

Most of the Elks I know are old, crotchety, smell like stale beer and love playing bingo. Not sure if I'd want to eat one.
