Having lived in Brooklyn for well over half a century and every time I see a post from Mike in Brooklyn; I wonder what parts of Brooklyn could be considered beautiful?
Take the entire length of Ocean Parkway for example; It's sort of a pathetic sight to see people sitting on benches adjacent to four lanes of traffic.
In some parts of this country, a heavy rainfall is like a free carwash- not so in the NYC area (due partly to too many apartment houses burning bunker oil).
